For many years, the Brazilian Zouk was taught without so much concern for the physical health of its learners. Studies report the high rate of lesions in the lumbar and cervical regions, especially those in the position of follower. Analyzing this scenario, we developed the philosophy, that we call "Dance for Her", which means, shortly, more care regarding the person one is dancing with. Through this philosophy, the movements allied to the technique become softer and more comfortable for both, letting the fun arise during the dance and allowing the Brazilian Zouk to be practiced for all. Born and raised in Santa Catarina, living in Florianópolis, they started the partnership in 2014 and, together, they have been developing their studies in different areas, specifically in the Brazilian Zouk. Together they have developed a philosophy which they call "Dance for Her" – meaning more care with you. Through this philosophy, the movements allied to the technique become softer and more comfortable for both, letting the fun arise during the dance. Today they have become a couple known worldwide through Brazilian Zouk, focusing on lightness and clarity in movements, performing works all over Brazil and around the world.
